Project Results

The ZEBRAS Project is structured through several work packages that ensure effective implementation, collaboration between partners and successful delivery of project outcomes.

WP1 – Project Management and Coordination

This work package focuses on the overall coordination and management of the project. It includes communication between project partners, monitoring of project activities, financial management and ensuring that all tasks are completed according to the planned timeline and Erasmus+ requirements.

WP2 – Research and Needs Analysis

Within this work package, partners will analyse current practices related to organic waste management and composting. The aim is to identify the needs of target groups such as students, farmers and local communities, and to gather the necessary knowledge that will guide the development of training materials and project outputs.

WP3 – Development of Educational Materials

This work package focuses on the preparation of educational resources related to Bokashi composting and sustainable waste management. The partners will develop training materials, guidelines and practical manuals that will support learning and promote environmentally responsible practices.

WP4 – E-Learning Platform Development

In this phase, a digital learning environment will be created to provide access to project materials and training resources. The platform will enable participants to learn about composting practices through digital content and interactive learning materials.

WP5 – Dissemination and Sustainability

This work package aims to ensure that the results of the project reach a wider audience. Dissemination activities will include the project website, social media communication, events and presentations. The goal is to raise awareness about sustainable waste management and ensure that project outcomes remain accessible and useful beyond the project duration.
